Curves in Grand island, Nebraska was unfair

After having a membership with Curves for Women in Grand Island, Nebraska for approxiamately 6 months, the owner relocated her business miles away on the other side of town. On a recent telephone conversation, I tried to explain to Shannon that the move made this gym location inconvenient for me and I wanted to cancel my contract. She told me that I could "buy out" of my contract but could not cancel my contract without any financial reprecussions to me because the contract was not signed out of convenience for me. I think she breached the contract first by changing the location of the gym in the contract to several miles away. She also told me if I chose to cancel the automatic check draft to Curves without "buying out" my contract, she would send me to collections. Then abruptly, she told me she did not want to argue about this anymore with me ( I thought we were talking) and hung up on me. I hope that no other ladies in the area get involved in such a fraudulent contract with such a rude owner!
